SCOPE UK Team attended the ICR & GCP Forum Event & it was a great chance to learn and be inspired!

It was a real privilege to connect with the wider research community and gain insights directly from MHRA inspectors and Ethics Committee members. Their firsthand perspectives on regulatory expectations were really valuable. They also had the chance to look at the latest HRA and GCP updates and explore the new initiatives at the R&D Forum. Also, Lord James O’Shaughnessy’s presentation on his report about commercial clinical trials in the UK was really impactful. His findings about the main challenges we face in clinical research got us talking! It’s clear that we have some important issues to address together to advance our field.
